Dr. Rachel M. Wilson is a dedicated community leader and social entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership and mentorship. She specializes in designing programs that drive economic empowerment, educational advancement, and social restoration for women and youth.
Distinguished Recognition
In 2025, Dr. Wilson was inducted into the Ruth Wicker Tribute to Women by the Greensboro Commission on the Status of Women. This prestigious honor recognizes her "achievements and contributions through creativity" and her long-standing community impact. She was inducted alongside fellow notable leaders, including former Greensboro Mayor Nancy Vaughan.

Girl Talk International Inc. (GTI): Since 2009, Dr. Wilson has served as Executive Director of this 501(c)(3) nonprofit, providing career pathing and business development for young women. Her work includes specialized crisis intervention for survivors of domestic violence and has been featured on WXII, TCT Network, and in Huami Magazine.
